We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to manage multiple social media accounts for our agency and our local and international clients. You’ll focus primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) while also managing LinkedIn and TikTok. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and passionate about growing brands through engaging content and effective ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage content calendars for multiple social media accounts.
Create and implement content strategies aligned with client goals and brand values.
Drive growth, engagement, and promotions on Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
Manage Google Ads campaigns (an advantage).
Ensure consistent posting with high-quality visuals, captions, and hashtags.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.
Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
Leverage lead generation and e-commerce advertising strategies to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience managing multiple social media accounts (preferably in an agency).
Strong expertise in:
Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
Instagram growth, engagement, and ad strategy
Running paid social media campaigns for clients
Experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads (a plus).
Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of organic growth strategies, content optimization, and engagement tactics.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Up-to-date with the latest AI tools, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.
