Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to handle multiple social media accounts for both our agency and our local and international clients. The primary focus will be on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) but the role also involves managing other platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong content strategy, creating content calendars, running organic and paid campaigns, and ensuring that social media presence aligns with our clients’ business goals and brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage content calendars for multiple social media accounts.
  • Create and implement content strategies aligned with client objectives and brand values.
  • Focus on Instagram growth, engagement, and promotion, while also handling LinkedIn and TikTok accounts.
  • Run paid ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
    Monitor and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns as an added advantage.
  • Ensure routine posting with high-quality visuals, captions, and hashtags.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community presence.
  • Track analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better results.
  • Work closely with the design/content team to ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
  • Experience in lead generation and selling e-commerce products through social media ad campaigns and/or Google Ads campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, handling multiple accounts.
  • Proven experience in:
    Experience with Google Ads and TikTok advertising is an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
    Knowledge of organic growth strategies, content optimization, and engagement tactics.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, AI tools, and social media best practices.
