As a Web Designer at Andromeda GFX, you will design and build modern websites and landing pages for an international client base. The role requires strong visual judgment, responsive design skills, and close attention to usability, motion, performance, and detail.
This is a paid training opportunity leading to a full-time position — not an internship.
We’re looking for bright, analytical, creative, and highly motivated fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in creative design and learn how modern AI tools are transforming the industry.
You don’t need professional design experience. During the two-month training program, you’ll learn not only how to use design tools, but also how to think like a designer — understanding design psychology, interpreting a creative brief, developing concepts, making visual decisions, and taking a project from an initial idea to a professionally finished product.
You’ll also learn how to integrate AI into real-world creative workflows to work smarter, explore ideas faster, and become a more efficient and capable designer.
This is designed as a pathway to a permanent position. Candidates who successfully complete the two-month training program and meet the required performance standards will be offered a full-time role with Andromeda GFX.

02 — On-Site Aptitude & Evaluation TaskShortlisted candidates will be invited to our office for an aptitude/evaluation task designed to assess their thinking, comprehension, creativity, problem-solving, and learning potential — not simply their existing design skills.
03 — Final InterviewCandidates who successfully complete the evaluation will be invited for a final interview.
04 — Two-Month Paid TrainingSelected candidates will join Andromeda GFX for full-time, office-based paid training at PKR 50,000/month.
05 — Full-Time PositionSuccessful completion of the training and achievement of the required performance standards will lead to an offer for a full-time role at Andromeda GFX.
